Purchases and Payments

You can order a product through this website by following the steps provided by it. Once you have selected the product you wish to purchase and selected the country to which you would like it to be shipped to, you must either log into your account or, if you do not have an account created, you must register. After this process, you will need to provide your shipping and personal details and make the payment for the order to be confirmed. Payment assumes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of sale.

All purchases made through this website are subject to the Portuguese Value Added Tax (VAT) rate in force.
In the case of countries outside the European Union, to which VAT is not charged, this amount will be deducted after indicating the country and the tax will only be paid in the destination country during the customs process.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs for ordered items will be added to the order value in the order completion process.


All orders to Continental Portugal will have the following costs:
CUTLERY: €4,00 or €5,75 payment collection;
REMAINING ARTICLES: €10,00 or €13,00 payment collection
CUTIPOL offers shipping costs for all cutlery orders over €90,00 and for all other items over €150,00;

Orders to the Portuguese islands (Madeira and Azores) will be shipped through DHL and will have the following costs:
• MADEIRA : €46,50 or €48,50 payment collection;
• AZORES : €53,50 or €55,50 payment collection;
FREE SHIPPING for all cutlery orders over €90.00 and for all orders for other items over €150.00;

You can collect your order at one of our official stores without any cost

CUTIPOL offers shipping costs for all orders over €300,00 

Yes, we ship to every country in the world except, at the moment, Russia, China and Brazil.

Regarding the latter, we can ship to Brazil if the customer bears all the shipping expenses and understands there is a complex customs process. 

 

Once the order has been paid, the usual delivery times are:

• CONTINENTAL PORTUGAL 5-6 business days;
• AZORES AND MADEIRA 5-6 business days;
• EUROPE 1-6 weeks;
• REST OF THE WORLD 1-6 weeks

Yes, cutlery is always placed in a box. If desired, it can be inserted in a wooden case, which will have an additional cost.

Exchanges and Returns

Yes, you can exchange or return a product within 14 days of receiving it, and you should send an email to: [email protected] in order to proceed with your request. Please be advised that the costs associated with the exchange or return of the product are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Yes, the exchange or return of a product can be made at one of our official physical stores for free.

In case of return of all or part of the order, Cutipol will refund the amount paid by the user, excluding shipping costs, as well as any import duties, customs or other charges, which will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed once returned items have been checked and accepted. In the case of orders paid by PayPal, you will be refunded to the original account.
