Chef Nicolai Ellistargd who has an extensive experience and passion for the ocean and nature, is responsible for offering a unique gastronomic journey where fresh ingredients and pure flavors predominate. The choice of cutlery fell on Cutipol s Moon Matte Copper, a model with a distinctive design that brings elegance to the table in the hand gesture, creating a perfect alliance for this iconic space. “Under” is thus a restaurant 5.5 meters below sea level that immerses into the Norwegian marine ecosystem, breathes architecture and offers a memorable gastronomic experience.
